The vineyards at Hermitage and Crozes Hermitage have been fully certified as biodynamic since 2017. 100% hand harvested in small crates. The grapes are pressed directly with the bunches.The wine is fermented at low temperature for 2 weeks in thermoregulated tanks to preserve the aromatic potential. Aging on fine lees for 6 months.
Brilliant pale yellow colour with green highlights. Expressive aroma of white fruits: pear, peach and some floral notes. Balanced palate, full-medium with nice length and distinct fruit notes.
