Champagne Gosset Brut Grand Rosé is the rosé expression of Gosset — the oldest wine house in Champagne, founded in Aÿ in 1584 — a bright, vibrant salmon-pink with ruby-red reflections, generous persistent bubbles, and an opulent, silky palate.

Gosset is considered by many collectors and connoisseurs to be the world’s preeminent name in luxury champagne. The house’s reputation for excellence starts on the vines: its champagnes are composed almost entirely of grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. Unlike most Champagne producers, Gosset purposely avoids malolactic fermentation and always performs riddling and disgorging of prestige cuvées and large-format bottles by hand.

Tasting Notes

  • Color: Bright, vibrant salmon-pink over ruby-red reflections; generous, persistent bubbles
  • Bouquet: Intense and harmonious — ripe summer fruit (wild strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants), sweet spice (cinnamon, nutmeg), fresh-baked brioche, sweet buns, fresh cream; hints of wild roasted almonds and warmed mandarin peel on the finish
  • Palate: Opulent, concentrated, infinitely silky; generous, ripe, full-bodied with rich red fruit; delicately structured for exemplary length
  • Finish: Delicate and refined, with subtle gingerbread aromas
